The Beach House
Litchfield Plantation’s own 3-story oceanfront beach club house is located on nearby Pawleys Island, known for its old homes and unspoiled character. Enjoy private parking and direct beach access. Ground floor dressing areas have showers, and the second floor breezeway is a cool spot for bring-your-own lunches. The third floor has even finer furnishings for special occasions on a reservation-only basis.

Carriage House Club

The Marina at Litchfield Plantation
The private marina, on the Plantation grounds, is available for short-term dockage of guests' boats (space permitting). Convenient to the Intracoastal Waterway, the marina is a protected fresh-water harbor.

Pool & Cabana
The large free-form design of the heated pool, with a view overlooking the adjacent tidal marshes, will give you the feeling of open spaces and natural beauty. You may also enjoy our club house cabana with kitchen facilities.
