The Guest House at Litchfield Plantation is an 8,250 square foot brick and stucco residential mansion surrounded by courtyards, landscaped patios, covered walkways and is located on the banks of a quiet lagoon.

The house has 10 ft. ceilings and ceramic tile flooring throughout the first floor. The main living room (17' X 35') features a fireplace, grand piano, and ample space in which to relax and enjoy luxury. The formal dining room comfortably seats 12 for dinner.

Other common rooms include library, bar room, kitchen and breakfast area. Perfect for corporate retreats and reunions, The Guest House offers six bedrooms with king size and double beds, each with private bath, telephone, and cable TV.

Dining Room 
The classic formal dining room of the Guest House can elegantly accommodate 14 guests at table. It's an ideal setting for a group of friends to dine or a small corporate group meeting.

The kitchen is convenient for catering which may be arranged with the Carriage House Club. Flip charts and A/V equipment are available as well for our corporate retreat guests.  

Executive Suite
The expansive Executive suite features an antique writing desk and cozy sitting area in front of the fireplace.

An elegant room for a truly superlative getaway. Occupying the entire second floor of the Guest House, the Executive Suite provides our guests with a king size antique sleigh bed, a snug sitting area before the fireplace and a modern wet-bar. 

The bathroom contains a luxurious double Jacuzzi and adjoining glass-enclosed shower, double sinks and a wicker chaise lounge. The warm Chinese red glow in the décor provides the atmosphere of a cozy retreat.
