Litchfield Plantation provides an ideal setting for small Meetings and Retreats. Our versatile meeting rooms, elegant dining facilities, luxurious accommodations, and a dedicated staff create a relaxing atmosphere for productive, enjoyable events.

Accommodations are located in our Chapel Creek and Tucker’s Woods villas, our six-bedroom Guest House (complete with self-contained board meeting room), and our historic four-bedroom Plantation House (c. 1750).

Our 32 sleeping rooms, clustered throughout the 600 acre resort, feature king-size beds, private bath, remote cable TV, phone with voicemail and dataport, and individual heat/air conditioning controls. Complimentary wireless internet service is available in several locations on the property.

Flexible meeting space is located in one wing of our Carriage House Club. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame our largest meeting room which can be set u-shape, classroom, conference or theater style. Coffee breaks are elegantly served in the adjoining library.

For groups that require privacy, complete resort buy-out is available. Day meetings are also welcome, based upon availability.

Oceanside
Want a more casual setting for your meeting? Our Beach Clubhouse on the oceanfront in Pawleys Island might be just what you are looking for. All meetings and events at the Beach Clubhouse and Carriage House Club are catered by the Plantation’s Executive Chef and his experienced staff.

Premier Golf
At Pawleys Island, golf is paramount. Convienently located adjacent to some of the Grand Strand's finest courses, Litchfield Plantation is the perfect business retreat for blending work and reward. Some of the premier courses located nearby are signature designs by Jack Nicklaus, Tom Fazio, Ron Garl, Tom Jackson and Dan Maples.

With over 100 golf courses in the Grand Strand area, Litchfield Plantation can make arrangements for your group at the course of your choice.
