Litchfield Plantation's Carriage House
The Carriage House Club restaurant offers elegant dining amidst picturesque surroundings. Gourmet continental cuisine, paired with our staff's superb service, provides a memorable backdrop for your dining occasions. Several dining rooms, a large living room, library, and cocktail lounge are handsomely decorated and provide versatile areas for large and small receptions, parties, dinners, or any celebration!

The Plantation House
Get swept away into the old south aura at the historic and charming Plantation House. Accommodations include four suites, each with its own unique décor and character. The Ballroom Suite is often chosen as a honeymoon suite for its luxurious appointments, 360° view of the beautiful grounds, and oversized whirlpool tub for two with adjoining glass enclosed shower.

The Guest House
The stately, six-bedroom, Guest House Mansion offers a large Executive Suite along with five other bedrooms. The versatile and elegant common areas include a television room, wet bar, spacious living room with fireplace and grand piano, kitchen, breakfast nook, large screened porch with fireplace and a lovely creek view (wireless internet available at this location).

Retreat Cottages
Two and three bedroom villas located throughout the 600 acre plantation are framed in southern charm with spacious living areas, outstanding views of natural creeks and ponds, and first-class amenities and services available.

Litchfield Plantation's Pool and Cabana
A large free-form, heated pool with a view overlooking the adjacent tidal marshes gives you a feeling of open spaces and natural beauty. The Clubhouse Cabana has kitchen facilities available. (Pool closed December - March)

Litchfield Plantation's Beach Clubhouse
The walkway from the three story oceanfront beach house, located on Pawleys Island, leads to five miles of secluded sandy beaches on the Atlantic Ocean. Private parking and easy beach access add to the convenience of this picturesque location.

Regardless of the location you choose at Litchfield Plantation, we will be delighted to coordinate and cater your wedding reception or other event.
